Dr. Robert Epstein theorizes that two people, given a certain level compatibility and physical attraction, can learn to love each other. And, he’s put himself into the experiment:

The two would read up on love, meet with counselors, learn to fall in love with each other and write a book about the process. Actually, that hadn’t occured to me until you mentioned it just now. But, it is an interesting idea..
Did you know there are whole cultures based around Dr. Epstein’s theory? Of course, I think they call it “arranged marriages.”
